This guarantee compensates the driver as would do the civil liability of a third party in the event of an accident, namely on the basis of an assessment of the damage actually suffered.

Body injury is covered as well as treatment and prosthesis costs, economic loss following temporary or permanent incapacity for work, temporary or permanent damage to physical integrity as well as clothing damage resulting from bodily injury.

In the event of death attributable to the accident, LALUX compensates the beneficiary (ies) for the economic loss suffered by the family as well as for funeral costs.
