How do I log in to the LALUX easyAPP?
Before you can log in, it is mandatory to create an account (see FAQ 5.).
If your account has been successfully created, you can log in by:
- filling in your login e-mail address and your login mobile number
- entering the OTP code sent by SMS to your mobile number
In order to make the connection easier, it is possible to use the fast connection mode via biometrics (Face ID, Print ID or Touch ID) which you can activate at the first connection. We strongly recommend this in order to benefit from a significantly faster access.
Both login methods guarantee a highly secure connection.
