Why are some of my contracts not displayed in my easyAPP Home customer area?

The insurance contracts currently presented on easyAPP Home are the following:

Non-life contracts: easyPROTECT, easyPROTECT Pro (only for individuals), damage and civil liability and accident insurance, civil liability insurance and Carefree Holidays contracts.

Life contracts: all types of contracts are displayed with the exception of those that are in the process of being paid out.

DKV contracts: health contracts for which you are the policyholder and/or insured person, provided that the policyholder of the same contract is your employer (group contract).
