Takeover of the "Employee Benefits" activities of Cardif Lux Vie
LALUX-Vie takes over the “Employee Benefits” activity of Cardif Lux Vie and strengthens its leading position in the field of supplementary pension plans for companies on the Luxembourg market LALUX-Vie has just signed an agreement on the resumption of activities “Employee Benefits” in Luxembourg from Cardif Lux Vie.
This takeover, which has yet to receive the formal approval of the Commissariat aux Assurances, is part of LALUX-Vie's strategy to occupy a leading position in the field of supplementary pension plans for companies. It is with pleasure that LALUX-VIE seized this opportunity.
LALUX-Vie is the life insurance company of the LALUX group, which will soon celebrate its 100th anniversary and is 60% owned by Compagnie Financière LA LUXEMBOURGEOISE and 40% by the State Bank and Caisse d'Epargne.
LALUX-Vie has been offering supplementary pension plans taken out by employers for the benefit of their employees for more than 40 years. With this acquisition, LALUX-Vie will provide full coverage for more than 35,000 employees of some 2,000 corporate clients and will further strengthen its position as the leader of the Luxembourg market in this area.
It is therefore all the expertise of a group of nearly 500 employees, driven by a concern for quality of service that has placed it on the top step of the podium in terms of customer satisfaction for many years, which will be put to good use at the service of Cardif Lux Vie group customers.
