Who is the easyAPP for?

LALUX easyAPP is a practical digital tool in the form of a mobile application (iOS and Android) aimed at all existing private customers of the LALUX Group. It allows them to view the following types of cover:

  1. Damage insurance (car, home, personal items, etc.)
  2. Civil liability insurance (family liability, legal protection, professional liability)
  3. Accident insurance (indemnity or lump-sum formulas)
  4. Travel insurance (annual or one-off packages, assistance services)
  5. Health insurance with DKV Luxembourg (complementary, comprehensive, travel health)
  6. Life insurance (pension, provident, investment, outstanding balance)

Why easyAPP Home ?

easyAPP Home is the new online customer area of the LALUX Group, replacing lalux for you. Based on the easyAPP concept, this customer area has been optimised for use on a desktop computer, in the office or at home. 

Compared to lalux for you, the 3 main advantages are :

  1. You no longer need a login ID and you are autonomous in the registration process (no need to wait for a letter from LALUX)
  2. Once you have registered, you can use the same account (and the same login details) to log in to your easyAPP mobile application and your easyAPP Home customer area 
  3. You can view all your insurance policies in one place: non-life and liability insurances, life and health insurances (DKV)

Access to easyAPP Home via a secure website at  - no need to download an application.
Thanks to the responsive design, it is also possible to access the website via a smartphone.


How to be able to use easyAPP ? your easyAPP and on easyAPP Home

As soon as you have downloaded the easyAPP mobile application from the App Store or Google Play or when you are on the easyAPP Home login page for the first time, you must sign up (create your account or register) so that LALUX can identify you as a customer. 

It is important to know that neither easyAPP nor easyAPP Home are linked to your lalux for you account! Your lalux for you login ID or password cannot be used to log in. Every customer must go through the registration process. 

Here are the different steps of the sign up procedure:

  1. Enter a valid e-mail address
  2. Enter your LALUX customer number, DKV customer number or DKV insurance number
  3. Check/enter your mobile/smartphone number
  4. Create a personalised password

Advantage easyAPP (mobile app) : in order to optimise your user experience, we advise you to activate the biometric settings (Face ID or Touch ID - this will simplify access to your easyAPP) and push notifications (you will only be informed about your insurance contracts: status and progress of your claims and requests for refund, creation of new documents, modification of your personal data, etc.).
