To what extent is my agent or insurance company aware of changes in easyAPP Home?
All changes and requests made in LALUX easyAPP will be forwarded directly to the relevant department of the LALUX Group. In the case of claims, your agent will be informed via e-mail and will validate your claim before it is forwarded to LALUX.
However, your agent remains your main contact person and any changes requiring their expertise will be forwarded directly to them.
Remember that this information will never be transmitted to a third party (other than one of the entities of the LALUX Group or one of your LALUX agents).
