To what extent will my agent or insurance company be informed of changes made in my easyAPP?
All changes and requests made in the LALUX easyAPP will be forwarded directly to the relevant department of the LALUX Group. In the case of claims, your agent will be informed via e-mail and will validate your claim before it is forwarded to LALUX.
However, your agent remains your main contact person and any changes requiring his/her expertise will be forwarded directly to him/her.
Remember that this information will never be transmitted to a third party (other than one of the entities of the LALUX Group or one of your LALUX agents).
