With the intention to promote the well-being of employees, LALUX aims to create a pleasant and healthy work environment.
To improve the work-life balance, we provide in our building:
- a gym,
- a crèche
- and a concierge service.
LALUX is also the only insurance company to offer a time-saving account that allows to accumulate leave not taken during the year and take them later.
Our employees have also access to a company restaurant, a brasserie and our micromarket. This one aims at combatting food waste by offering the unsold lunch menus to take away. So there is even no more need to cook in the evening. In addition, all the money collected is donated to charity.
