From diversity to genuine inclusion: at LALUX, workshops and mentoring aren’t just slogans, but tools for fostering a people-centred culture where everyone feels they belong.

At LALUX, we want to create an environment in which everyone can find their place.
To achieve this, the DEI concept — diversity, equity and inclusion — is an essential element.
To address this topic, we first launched an internal survey.
This gave us valuable insights into our company culture, our strengths, but also the areas in which we want to improve.
We then organised a series of workshops to raise awareness about DEI-related topics and to jointly propose concrete measures for the future of LALUX.
From a mentoring programme to a DEI committee, independent of the company hierarchy, and even awareness-raising courses, these initiatives reflect a wide range of ideas and approaches.
Finally, an internal conference gave us the opportunity to share the results of the survey and the workshops and to introduce the fundamental principles of DEI.
Our objective is to build, through long-term initiatives, more inclusive and more human-centred teams.
