How to be able to use easyAPP ?

...in your easyAPP and on easyAPP Home

As soon as you have downloaded the easyAPP mobile application from the App Store or Google Play or when you are on the easyAPP Home login page for the first time, you must sign up, i.e. "register" so that the LALUX Group can identify you as a customer. 

When it comes to the login procedure, you should know that easyAPP and easyAPP Home are not linked to yourDKV account, so you cannot log in directly with your (old) login details!

Sign up in a few steps:

  1. Enter and confirm a valid email address
  2. Enter your DKV insurance/policy number (if you are also a LALUX customer, you can also use the LALUX customer number)
  3. Verify your mobile phone number
  4. Create a personal password and confirm it
