What are the steps for the initial connection?

To log in to your new easyAPP Home customer area for the first time, you must have an active easyAPP account.

There are two ways to do this:
1) Go to the login page at easyapphome.lalux.lu and click on "Register" at the bottom of the screen.
2) Download the easyAPP mobile application (Android or iOS) and click on "Register".

To register and create your easyAPP account, you have to accept the General Conditions of Use. Then you have to follow a few steps:

1. Enter your e-mail address and the unique code (OTP) sent to this address
2. Enter your LALUX or DKV customer number
3. Confirm your telephone number and enter the unique code (OTP) sent to this number.
4. Choose a personalised password (consisting of at least one number, one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one non-alphabetical character (!,$,%, etc.) and confirm it.

Your account has now been successfully created and you can use it to log in to your new customer area and the easyAPP mobile app.
