Why do I need my mobile phone number to connect to easyAPP Home?

A valid mobile phone number is required for registration and to log in to easyAPP and easyAPP Home.

In order to secure your personal data, a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone number when you register / create your account and each time you log in. The code is composed of 6 digits and is valid for 10 minutes.

If you have changed your mobile phone number, you must register again (create a new account) with your new mobile phone number in order to continue using easyAPP, the mobile application.
Alternatively, you can go to the easyAPP Home customer area and change your login details in the "My account" section by clicking on your name on the homepage.
